WHO’s Focus on gender is aligned with and supports the advancement of the SDGs, Primarily SDG3 and SDG5. The accomplishment of SDG3 on universal health and fitness protection and SDG five on gender equality are co-dependent – without strengthening gender equality from the overall health workforce, throughout communities and throughout the world
